Where to set it
In the page editor, every card row has a tag select next to its layout and column count. Leave it empty and the row shows everything.
Tagged, so a fixed row can pick it out
A card row can be narrowed to a single tag. This item carries the tag the row on <a href="/features/sections/options">Sections › Options</a> is fixed to.
